Our first hospice nurse was Rey and very helpful to teach us the process we would be going through. Then Bob took over and did a great Job as things progressed. All over the best team and felt like family members.

I sent a thank you card to hospice but, again, would like to thank Sharon’s. Nurses Melisa and Izzy as well as her adviser Sarah for the fantastic care they provided to Sharon, also, I would like to thanks nurse Lori who answered calls and showed up after hours/weekends when she was home, all fantastic! I am currently attending a grief group sponsored by Family Hospice and run by Michael @ MRCLL Center as well as receiving calls from T.R. I appreciate this follow up care immensely! Thank you! The Family Hospice Care facility team members demonstrated outstanding professionalism. They were kind, generous with their time, compassionate listeners. They were understanding in meeting the patient and family needs, they cared in meeting the patients comfort and safety. Plus, provided educational rationale for each medication, procedure and reassured the family to never hesitate to call their facility 24/7. When my loved one passed away, the Family Hospice Care team member displayed loving reverence. Family Hospice Care is my family’s number one choice. Thank you.
